All of our robot solutions can be offered fully integrated (Industry 4.0) in a single control system, which also handles product and material supply and, if required, removal. If required, the robot program can also be operated individually in the robot itself as a stand-alone device with less integration into the overall system.


The safety of the entire system including the robot cell is guaranteed by a fail-safe control system and complies with legal requirements.

The robot can be operated manually from the system control panel. Operating the robot is just as easy as the rest of the system when the robot is fully integrated. Then no robot-specific operator knowledge is required.

The gripper tools or suction cups are manufactured individually for each product requirement and tested for process-reliable function.

Packaging formats can be expanded and adapted later at low cost and as required.

We can also integrate carton erectors, carton filling, closing or inserting machines.

The interfaces to scales or similar devices, such as metal checks, can be integrated into the control system of the robot cell so that everything is networked and available for remote maintenance.

Easy-to-understand and self-explanatory user interfaces make it easier for new or frequently changing staff to get started.

Comprehensive operator training is available in German, English or Spanish.
