Our range of services is flexible and can be individually adapted to your budget plan or your level of automation and expanded later.

We plan and implement smaller conversion measures or larger plant projects together with you, whereby different machines are fully integrated into the overall system in the spirit of Industry 4.0. Depending on requirements and the level of automation, we can automatically provide order data for each machine from the central ERP system via an SQL data connection down to the lowest level, or connect different machines to a higher-level network without affecting the machine network.

Retrofit

We will get your system back in shape even after many years of production. In addition to replacing worn parts, this also includes renewing the entire control cabinet and control system and, if required, visualization.

We can design effective and user-friendly visualization systems for your existing systems or for your new overall system, which we plan and implement together, and in several languages if required.

In this context, we also enable the precise live data provision of each individual machine for the evaluation of overall equipment efficiency (OEE).

Product data collection and tracking over the entire transport route of a system

It is also possible to capture and track individual product data (such as capturing a label with an article number using a laser scanner) or entire pallet data sets.

We analyze and design your need for safety controls for different requirements, including complete solutions such as robot palletizing cells with all associated feeders and required safety devices.

The advantage of such systems in a central control system is the unlimited data exchange between the individual positions of a conveyor line, the palletizing cells and the unlimited interface programming, which is often crucial. In our standardized programming, the robots are also completely integrated into the system control system, which corresponds to the Industry Standard 4.0.
